The business was started by Tom and Juhne Shultz and is currently run by second generation family; President, Robert Shultz, VP/General Manager, Robert Burt, Plant Manager, Michael Brock, Service Director, Terry Wind, and Maintenance Director, Tom Shultz. Monarch has prospered by old fashioned hard work and staying involved in our community. We have long term customers, some dating back 40 years. This type of customer loyalty trends back to above and beyond style customer service and great quality products.


We have purposely limited our service area to a 70 mile radius. This allows us to make sure our 1,100 customer’s needs are met and deliveries are made in a timely manner. Over 100 thousand pounds of linens, mats and uniforms are processed by our facility on a weekly basis. As a local customer, you will be happy to know your money stays in the local community, and not sent out to a corporate office in another state or country.
