About your Role:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide oversight of the clinical program by assigning referrals, providing supervision and case staffing to therapists, approving discharge summaries, conducting staff trainings, and acting as a liaison with the Indiana Department of Child Services. This position also maintains a small therapy caseload to balance your leadership and supervision roles.

• Active IN Licensure as an LMHC; LMFT or LCSW
• Valid drivers license in good standing and active vehicle insurance

Preferred but not required:

• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
