SUMMARY

The Seasonal General Labor Associate is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our facilities while also assisting the retail buyer's intake by loading, unloading and transporting material.

Essential Functions

(Other duties may be assigned and management retains the discretion to add, delete, or change the duties at any time)

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing lawns, disposing of debris and weeding grounds to ensure a neat and tidy appearance of the property.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, and other structures as needed, following safety protocols and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Assist material handlers unload trucks and deliveries, ensuring that items are safely and properly moved to designated areas within the facility.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Education and Experience:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, painting, or general labor preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

Must be able operate lawn mower equipment

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling.
