The Digital Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Remote (prefer candidates from Austin, TX, South Bend, IN, Reno, NV or Alpharetta, GA) reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and is responsible for maintaining marketing data and collateral as part of the Digital Marketing team. Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with sales enablement and content management systems, a mindset of ongoing optimization, and the ability to operate on a highly tactical level are required.

Your Impact
    Maintain sales enablement platforms across brands, including content and users.
  • Maintain marketing source of truth for location and provider information.
  • Create new and update existing CMS-based web pages. This includes managing a ticketing system and basic copywriting and photo editing within brand standards.
  • Manage email lists and deploy pre-planned campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively to help the broader team achieve its goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of marketing or operations experience.
Additional Success Factors
  • Interested in the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, including social media, CRM and email, and web.
  • Ability to measure and report performance across marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with Photoshop basics, especially resizing and exporting files for web.
  • Experience with online project management tools, like Monday.com, for task management and collaboration.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility to transition quickly and seamlessly between projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
