TheFIS Sales team is seeking a Seller Experience & Tools Enablement Director to drive the strategy and optimization of a "world-class" seller ecosystem and tools enablement across our global sales and revenue team. This individual must serve as a change agent to drive adoption and utilization of innovative tools, aligned to various seller profiles.

As a member of the Sales Performance Office, you will work collaboratively with many cross-functional teams across the company, such as Sales Learning, Tools & Technology, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership. The scope of your remit will include establishing a roadmap to optimize the sales process through defining/activating sales personas, establishing role-based sales disciplines, mapping key activities, tools and resources to the sales process and harnessing individuals across a matrixed organization to embed and enable best practices to increase seller performance.

To be successful, you will have a passion for maximizing seller performance by taking something from good to great with an understanding of and ability to leverage key levers that impact seller effectiveness. The ideal candidate must have the ability to think strategically and be influential.

How you will make a difference:

  • Partner with management, high performing reps, and key cross-functional partners to uncover business needs, design sales ecosystem roadmap, document and enable best practices, iterate, and measure impact.
  • Utilizes tools/product management approach to create and own short- and long-term plans to embed best practices and optimize sales technology and resource utilization.
  • Identify gaps and develop business cases to substantiate future investments in technology and supporting resources.
  • Develop the sales ecosystem vision by focusing on the user experience leveraging deep understanding of sales personas, customer buying milestones to ensure frictionless experience both internally and externally.
  • Establish clear initiative plans that define strategic impact, scope of the project, plans for implementation, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Legal, Finance and business line commercial teams to ensure process alignment.
  • Drive increase in sales performance through successful integration of sales practices, technology, and disciplines/skills
  • Partner with program management and learning resources to enable, train and drive adoption of practices and technology for both managers and sellers.
  • Measure impact and success metrics; reporting cadence to sales and operations leadership
  • Develop compelling sales tools i.e., presentations, playbooks, reference guides, etc. and partner with learning to deliver them across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, management reinforcement & mentoring) to improve sales execution).
  • Utilize client insights, industry trends, and sales/sales management feedback to drive optimization and adoption of industry best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales and/or sales management
  • 8+ years of experience working with global teams in a corporate, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of and passion for optimizing the use of sales technology (i.e., Dynamics, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, OneMob, ZoomInfo)
  • Demonstrated ability to be an innovative thinker, focusing on the whole/macro level, and the integration of the various parts.
  • Relationship builder that can collaborate in a cross-functional matrixed structure, influence effectively without authority, and have credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute to move multiple initiatives forward in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate internal feedback and external industry insights into winning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices,
  • Passionate and motivated to help others succeed in achieving their sales goals.
  • Resourceful, adaptable and can creatively collaborate to translate performance needs into enablement solutions that measurably impact the attainment of goals and make an impact on the business.
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and enjoys finding order and simplifying processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
